- Payment details via Stripe (stored securely in Stripe’s database; MBEA does not retain sensitive payment information)
- Automatically collected data, such as IP address and browser type

Collected information is used to:
- Process registrations, payments, and communications
- Improve website functionality and user experience
- Conduct lead generation and marketing activities shared with Dennco Information Systems, our hosting provider
3. Data Sharing
We share information with:
- Stripe for secure payment processing
- Dennco Information Systems for hosting and lead-sharing purposes
4. Security
MBEA implements security measures to protect your information. However, no online system can guarantee complete security.
5. Children’s Privacy

Refund requests for event registrations must be submitted in writing to MBEA within 14 days before the event date. Refunds will be processed according to our event-specific policies. We do not guarantee refunds in full and in order for us to grant a refund you must meet the qualification to for a refund.
